UNIX System Administration Services at Tatarsky.ComTatarsky.com is founded by basically a UNIX system administrator with 20 years of experience. Starting with a college work study job that involved attempting to maintain a Sun 3/50 dimple top unit (For the curious, the dimple top referred to the hole where the monitor sat and swiveled as shown in this picture ) for a student project. Since those glamorous days Paul Tatarsky has spent many years maintaining a variety of UNIX platforms and performs large scale management to this day in many environments. While the bulk of UNIX systems emerging today are Linux based platforms, Tatarsky.com will attempt to support ANY UNIX platform when requested. Some of the versions of UNIX supported with relative recent experience is listed in the table below. Compare to your needs for recent experience on some other versions of UNIX. While most systems haven't changed much in recent years if recent experience is important to you, you can decide accordingly. The preferred overall UNIX OS is FreeBSD. The preferred Linux OS is Centos. Religious arguments about those choices are pretty much ignored.
Tatarsky.com has no direct experience in Suse/Novell Linux variants but can probably wing it.
